Takashi Murakami’s New York Studio Is Definitely Not Psychedelic

Japanese Superflat founder Takashi Murakami’s New York studio and office, an outpost of his company Kaikai Kiki, is pretty much the opposite of the artist’s crazily colorful, hallucinogenic work. The building, created by HWKN architects, is elegantly minimal, precisely controlled, and flexible for art production purposes.
